One of my cats vomits regularly. She is fine before and after. Could this be a symptom of something more serious than just fur balls?

Hi there,
I would certainly recommend a check up with your veterinarian in this case. There are many causes of chronic vomiting in cats that would be worth ruling out and giving you peace of mind.
Your veterinarian will most likely want to run some blood tests / urine tests to look at organ health as well as understanding the full history of when it started and how often, as well as key bits of information on appetite etc.
