Carla — This is a very scary graphic. I knew that there were a few recalls but I had no idea at the number of deaths. I am going to research making my own pet treats. I have never bought my pets any kind of jerky treats thankfully and now I will be researching the food I buy too. | 09.12.16 @ 14:23

Steffanie — I am shocked at the number of recalls and deaths. I will definitely be watching what we feed our fur babies a little closer now. | 09.12.16 @ 14:24

Kamie — It is scary to know that those who are creating foods for our pets are not fully thinking about their health, nor have their health in main thought. I never understood why companies started out with fillers for pet food to begin with, but these numbers are insane once seen all together in a graph. | 09.12.16 @ 14:27

jdro218 — I'll probably never serve jerky to my pets.. Their digestive systems aren't like ours. I think pet food and pet treat makers hopefully understand that now, and also put more and more real food into their products. | 09.12.16 @ 14:28

Dan — Really great info here. Sure we love to spoil and treat our pets, but it is so important to know the possible risks with anything we choose to give them. This will hopefully open some eyes and save some heartache | 09.12.16 @ 14:29
